Helper template of Vorlage:Subpageindex. Prameters are:
- 1= or letter=a letter
- link= optional either a different (parent) page or an url fragment like “Category:Literature?pagefrom=”. Note, that a simple
{{Subpageindex}}on a “sub-page” just should work fine, linking to the parent page of this sub-page.
